Christopher Alba is Awesome! I'm looking for a newer Acura TL to upgrade from my 2010 with 100,000 miles, this young man is very polite, very generous/ respectful AND even offer I'm looking for a newer Acura TL to upgrade from my 2010 with 100,000 miles, this young man is very polite, very generous/ respectful AND even offered to buy me a Starbucks!?! Then he took me on what he calls a "Discovery Drive" Wow! I've been in sales for a while and I was blown away that young man is only 22 years old! If you're in the market for any type of used car or new designed MINI, take my advice and visit Christopher Alba @ MINI of Wesley Chapel. Customer service level: 1000. Eric in service is the man. I used to have a friend over at Ferman BMW therefore I took my car in for service at Ferman Mini based on his suggestion. This was after I moved to F I used to have a friend over at Ferman BMW therefore I took my car in for service at Ferman Mini based on his suggestion. This was after I moved to Florida and was new to the area. Though their facility was fancy, they didn't address any of my concerns outside of the required service. Irritating when you drive 38 miles to get to the dealer. I can say the very opposite about Wesley Chapel Mini, which by the way is a tad further from me than Ferman is. They've done nothing (specifically Eric, Brien & Miguel in service) but go well above and beyond my requests. From the time I brought my vehicle in for a miniscule service, also a few miles early- Eric suggested several other items that weren't even on the docket. This brings me to my most recent visit, where my vehicle underwent a 1 in a million type issue where an un torqued bolt came off of the crank guide into the engine after a shift. The car wasn't in driving condition at all, I was stranded at the office. I used the MINI road side service to have the vehicle towed to Wesley Chapel where they blindly gave me a loaner car (didn't expect that as I called them 30 minutes after this happened) and opened a PUMA case for BMW to start an investigation. Low and behold, a little less than a month later my vehicle has a new motor (again, yes second one..) also with a new clutch & flywheel which was done on the dealership's dime at the time. During the time they had my car, they also sent a porter to switch loaner cars with us for rotation purposes which was extremely convinient. I am still fighting BMW North America to give me an overhead warranty on the engine itself as the vehicle is now out of warranty and woudln't be covered if this issue was to be repeated, however that is a standalone issue and takes nothing away from the extraordinary level of service that Mini of Wesley Chapel provides. Thanks guys, I rarely give good reviews because I can't cap my honesty. More
