Poor service Came in for just schedule maintenance. I was told they would have a loan car for me and when I arrived was told none available. Was told the servi Came in for just schedule maintenance. I was told they would have a loan car for me and when I arrived was told none available. Was told the service would only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Two hours later I was advised that I need tires and It would only take 1 hrs to install. I arrived at 7:30 am and they finally finished a little after 12pm. I think that is a long time for a simple service and tire replacement. One other thing they said the car would be washed and vacuumed and that didn't happen. Have been using this dealership before and the service have always been good. Now sure why this was not the same. More
