I must say though, I am not sure what the “ powers that be” at MINI were thinking when they redesigned the interior and to a lesser degree the in of the new models. What has happened to the all of the character and charm of the preceding model years. It feels like a hollowed out shell of its former grandness. Please bring back the charm and character that made MINI such a stand out. Jonathan and the service team get five stars, but the new design gets a giant goose egg. More
