Allen Rolocut was great at explaining what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I would recommend this dealer because I had a great experience, they had every convenience available while you wait for your car to be serviced. Including free refreshments, T.V., and WiFi. They even have free loaner cars and free car washes available to their customers. I love my Mini and having it taken good care of is important to me and I trust Mini of Baltimore County to do a great job. More
