An End To Dealership Worries this was my first time visiting a dealership with my MINI and the first time I had been to a dealer for service in...well, a really long time. previo this was my first time visiting a dealership with my MINI and the first time I had been to a dealer for service in...well, a really long time. previous to this I had visited a mechanic near where I work. mostly because of their shuttle service. the personnel were pretty cool there too. i had a number of concerns i'm not really going to get into and don't really need to as i don't have them anymore. i called Mr. Baron and made an appointment without a transfer of tons of information. the entire experience was full of pleasant surprises. the two that stood out the most were how simple the experience was and the amount of information I was given about what my car needs. Mr. Baron pulled up a list of things that warranted attention and asked what I wanted to address. i picked what was most critical and had it fixed. there was no pressure to get more thing fixed than i wanted to at that time which was nice. i was also provided with a list (printed and emailed) of the other issues i'll need to address. Mr. Baron was pleasant, friendly, informative, honest (i came in for brake service but it was the brake sensors that had the issue), and respectful. i don't NEED to be respected but it was still cool (i'm black, it's complicated). So now my dealership worries are gone. In fact, my visit made the idea of going to a local mechanic slightly strange. MINI knows MINIs. That's why they're called MINI. More

He is the best, he looks I have been a Mini customer for at least 10 years and part of the reason for my loyalty is my service writer , Yoni Barron. He is the best, he looks out for my interests, EXAMPLE: when i purchased a mini on time, he made me get "gap insurance" and when i subsequently had an accident and totaled the car, the gap policy saved me over $10,000. This is above and beyond changing the oil. If you have a MINI, Yoni should be in charge of you and your MINI. Peter Schweizer More
