Terrible communication I had the worst experience at Mini of Baltimore County. Amber Jenkins needs to be retrained; her customer service skills are severely lacking. Upon ar I had the worst experience at Mini of Baltimore County. Amber Jenkins needs to be retrained; her customer service skills are severely lacking. Upon arriving for my 10:30 appointment , she informed me that the service department wasn’t busy and that my service appointment would be completed in an hour and a half. After an hour, I checked back in with Amber and she told me that my car hadn’t been taken back for servicing and proceeded to behave as if she was unbothered by my obvious confusion over the situation. No apology was offered to me although she had miscommunicated. Her attitude suggested that she didn’t care about me as a customer at all, to which I requested that she have my car brought out. She continued to behave as if I didn’t matter and that it was okay if I left the dealership unsatisfied. Very disappointed in that experience... please don’t have someone with such a low amount of maturity working with customers. More

Wonderful experience today with Yoni Baron I have been having my 2007 Mini CooperS serviced at Mini of Baltimore since relocating here nine years ago. Over the years I have worked with each I have been having my 2007 Mini CooperS serviced at Mini of Baltimore since relocating here nine years ago. Over the years I have worked with each of the service reps. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have always had an extremely positive experience. Today is a perfect example.....after I left the dealership I lost the screw-on cap to my Mini key holder and all the (many) keys I carry spilled onto the floor of my car. I returned to the dealership to ask Yoni Baron, who worked with me today, if I could get a replacement cap so I could secure my keys. Yoni helped me look for the missing cap and, when we couldn’t find it, he gave me a new Mini of Baltimore (split ring) key ring. Not only that, he insisted on putting all my (MANY) keys onto the split ring. I really appreciate his help today. More

From the moment I parked the car, I was greeted professionally, the details of the service were explained and when we picked up the car, the continued professionalism remained. Then we traded it in on a 2018 Countryman. :) But the biggest factor in that was knowing we will continue to have excellent and professional service with our new MINI. More
Quick and Professional Service I have been going to Yoni Baron and MINI of Baltimore County with my last 3 MINIs. The service is great! When I walk in I am greeted with a smile and I have been going to Yoni Baron and MINI of Baltimore County with my last 3 MINIs. The service is great! When I walk in I am greeted with a smile and MY NAME!!! (and not just a database quick name reveiw when I pull in, but questions about my family and job). I am always told up front what will be done and a time estimate that has always been very close, if not on the dot. One time there was a delay (30 minutes) and Yoni came out to check on me and apologize and explain the reason for the delay. I was even in a car accident once and called the store for help because I was so shaken up and Yoni had just left for the day but came back to the store to talk me through what to do. People just don't do this kind of thing anymore. My car is always washed and beautiful when I leave! I have never had to return for an issue with any work ever done on my car, and it is the only dealership I have ever gone to where I didn't dread taking my car to. More

I have worked with Yoni (Jonathan Baron) in the service department since the beginning and I have been a Mini owner since 2009, now on my second one. I have worked with Yoni (Jonathan Baron) in the service department since the beginning and couldn't be happier. He is responsive to emails and always answers my ridiculous questions that come up. He had my back in 2015 when I had a major problem with the engine on my last Mini and was able to greatly help in reducing my repair costs. I never feel slighted while dealing with Yoni, which is a lot to say when it comes to car maintenance. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that he is a big part of why I stick with the brand. More
