Even on Saturday My Mini started giving me trouble, which was concerning, considering I was traveling. Scheduled Maintenance I called Mini of Baltimore County and inquired if they could service my 2015 Mini even if I did not buy it from their dealership. Allen informed me t I called Mini of Baltimore County and inquired if they could service my 2015 Mini even if I did not buy it from their dealership. Allen informed me that I could take my Mini at any dealership. To make long story short, Allen scheduled my service maintenance on 2/09/2019. Upon my arrival, Allen asked for my keys and to my amazement, he got all the information needed and informed me what service needs to be done and what needs to be checked for this particular visit. Allen Rolocut makes you feel important and makes it easy. In a couple of hours later, my car was done. Allen is very professional and very knowledgeable and made my experience at his dealership an awesome experience and service is second to none. I consider Allen Rolocut an asset to your dealership and I also will be taking my Mini to Mini of Baltimore county for all my scheduled maintenance service and highly recommend this dealership. Quick Repair for Pot Hole Flat Tire! I was out and my car ran into a pot hole! I then had a flat tire! Mini repaired my tire quickly for me to be on my way! Yoni and Allen were very fr I was out and my car ran into a pot hole! I then had a flat tire! Mini repaired my tire quickly for me to be on my way! Yoni and Allen were very friendly and helpful! They even helped me with my frozen groceries I had in my car! I had purchased the tire and wheel protection package when I purchased my mini from them. I highly recommend this protection. It only cost me $50 for repair. It would have been $300! Thanks again! More

I tell everyone that while I love my car, what I appreciate most is the way I am treated as a woman by Allen and the staff. I have had enough bad experiences in car service areas where the I was treated like I could not possibly know what I was talking about even when I was the primary driver. Every woman I tell can identify with my negative experiences. I have no idea how many became Mini customers but I know I will not go anywhere else. Also, the waiting area and restrooms are spotless and that matters in terms of customer service. More
