They didn’t have the parts needed to complete my brakes within a day so they provided a loaner at no cost to me. Not only that, but they let me choose the car! I am constantly tweaking my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S trying is get every ounce of horse power and the up-most efficiency from my Cooper. I just replaced my clutch assembly and up-graded to the JCW clutch assembly instead of the standard O&M clutch or any aftermarket high performance clutch.
