Sunroof issue Even during a pandemic, Allen of Mini managed to provide exceptional customer service around fixing my sun roof which was faulty and would not close. Outstanding job on tire installation. I was able to save some money by purchasing some "older stock" tires from an online tire dealer. I expected some issues with runout and roundness. Allen was able to accommodate my needs the same day the tires arrived, getting me in on very short notice. He was also great at working within the social distancing that's required these days. Allen, as usual took care to make sure my airfield requests, such as using black weights on my black wheels, and keeping my seat set the way I like it were honored.
