I've been working with Service Advisor Yoni Baron at MINI of Baltimore County through ownership of two Cooper S's. I maintain my cars according to factory specification and with considerable experience under my belt over 17 years, am in a position to say that my experience with Yoni has been nothing short of spectacular. Yoni goes out of his way to make the experience as pleasant as possible and does all the little things to ensure satisfaction and then some. He's clearly very knowledgeable and explains what's being done and why, then makes sure it's executed the way it should be. When I need service, I email Yoni and he sets it up for me - no muss, no fuss and with my ridiculously busy schedule, I always appreciate that he makes it so easy for me. The staff is very friendly and professional and always does a good job. No reason to go anywhere else when I can be sure of getting the service I need from Yoni and the MINI crew!
