I was 6 hours from home and the yellow engine icon came on the screen and the engine lost power and was running rough. Time was running short for getting home and tending to the limping Mini Countryman. on the screen and the engine lost power and was running rough. Time was running short for getting home and tending to the limping Mini Countryman. Luckily, I was connected with Wayne Luberecki who just said, "Bring the car in." Things went smoothly and quickly and the Mini was ready in about 24 hours. I don't know who Wayne tasked to do the engine work, but the engine runs smooth and has its power back and the warning icon is gone. I am indebted to Wayne for his efficiency and plesent manner. Sudden disabled car while on vacation, and though I bought my car from Mini of Towson 17 years ago, I have been mostly living abroad and/or out of town. The car buying experience was great until they failed to provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle a provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle and per Maryland state law they are required to have the title on premise at the time of sale and have 30 days to provide it to the consumer or finance company. We are at 5 months now and they haven't given me the title. I'm shocked that a "reputable" dealership would conduct business this way. My calls and emails have been ignored . They will never get business from me again and I CAUTION those who purchase from them because this is very shady at this point and my next course of action is to seek legal counsel. More
