Let me start off by saying every auto dealership should have a service writer like Allen! This man went well above my expectations. They agreed to cover half of the cost since it was still under a 90-day powertrain warranty. Allen was in contact with them several times through the whole process. I never expected or even thought he would have done this. I'm very grateful for his help. More

Allen Rolocut is a super service advisor, who not only reminds me of the service items that need to be completed, but keeps me informed regar class. I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper from carvana and it had some issues within the first week. I took it to mini of Towson to have the work done. I greatly appreciate him answering my 25 phone calls asking different questions about my car and him making it so easy going through carvana's warranty process. The technician who worked on my vehicle, Jeff, is probably the most amazing and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met in my entire life. I actually met him a few years ago when I had my first Mini Cooper. I don't know many people that choose the car they're going to buy based on a specific technician, but I would gladly have a Mini Cooper for the rest of my life to have Jeff work on my cars.... I know that he's not going to lie to me to try to get me to have work done that I don't need. I have absolute peace of mind taking my vehicle to him. If you need any work done on your Mini Coopers, definitely take it to mini of Towson and request Jeff!!!! More
I brought my mini to the shop because the check engine light came on and then off again several times. Allen kept me up to date the whole time and lent me a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I brought my Mini in because I had a check engine light on. Alan was great as usual. He kept me up to date the whole time. He also worked with my warranty company who ended up paying a majority of the bill on. Alan was great as usual. He kept me up to date the whole time. Alan also took the time to explain all of the work that had been completed. As long as Alan is there, I would never consider taking my Roadster anywhere else. Thanks Alan!! More
