Let me just say I love My Mini and Mini of Baltimore/Towson I can't say enough about this dealership I've adopted several mini's and can see why they say adopt instead of purchase ,because onc Baltimore/Towson I can't say enough about this dealership I've adopted several mini's and can see why they say adopt instead of purchase ,because once you ADOPT you are part of the family and they take care of you as family should ,from the salesmen on the floor( Jeremy Davidson )who took the time in freezing weather to program and link up my blue tooth to the car from my phone ,to the General Manager (Michael Coleman)who took time to come out of his office and personally put car mats into my car ,right down to the service people who take the time to get to know by name when you bring your car in for service . Everyone is always so nice and helpful rather it's your first visit or 131st. I must say though if your thinking of shopping at this dealership BEWARE for ( ONCE YOU GO MINI OF BALTIMORE YOU CAN NEVER GO BACK )If you don't want to be pampered and spoiled with sodas and snacks while your waiting for service by someone who takes the time to learn your name and follow up on the status of the work on your car ,To the the Manager/Salesmen who still take the time to stop by to say hi years after you bought your car. I contacted the dealership after finding an 09 Clubman S for sale via the internet. Since I'm from Ohio, I needed a good sales rep to work with. I needed good information that I could trust was accurate and since I wanted to act quickly on the transaction, I needed someone that was quick. All went well with the long distance negotiation. I came down two days later and inspected the car, which was in as described condition. The actual purchase portion of the transaction went smoothly, which also included my out of state trade-in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to others for a new or preowned Mini purchase. More
Marc Cohen was my first contact. I met Marc several years ago, beside my 2002 mini cooper at a GBC event. He offered that when I was ready to get my next one, to give him a call. I did. He responded right away, even though he was out of town at the time. His colleague, Nancy, got to work and let me know I would get a call from Ray Shefska shortly. I did indeed. Ray said he had paired me with Hilary Brown. I immediately got a call from Hilary and we set a date to meet. Hilary is a consummate professional who put me at ease right away. Making a major purchase can be daunting. In less than a week from my first contact with Marc, I was filling out the paperwork with Susan and I have my new mini. Susan was so very patient with me as I struggled with my decision..."to buy or not to buy" the most expensive car I have ever owned. Things have changed substantially since I purchased my first mini in March 2002. No waiting, no smug salespeople, complete cooperation in getting me the best financing rate and impressive knowledge of the product. Hey Marc...thanks for coming up to me in the parking lot at Greystone years ago and introducing yourself. I will call you again when I am ready to get my 3rd mini. More
8:30 a.m. I emailed Mini of Baltimore County regarding an online ad. 9:00 a.m. Cheri responded the car was available and recommended I come ASAP since another party was interested. Several emails passed between us, and I confirmed I would be there that evening. 6:45 p.m I called Cheri in transit to the dealer. 7:00 p.m. Arrived and was greeted by Matt, who was busy with another customer. Invited us to sit in the lounge while he finished up, and had the car brought to the front for a test drive. 7:45 p.m. After enjoying cookies, coffee, water and other treats, took the car on a test drive. 8:30 p.m. Began paper work to purchase my mini. 9:00 p.m. Met Cheri as she was leaving work. 9:10 p.m. Met Susan for financing and final purchase paperwork. While being completed, Matt took car around for detailing. 10:00 p.m. Drove off in my MINI, registered! I know it's important to make a sale, but was really happy how long these people stayed late and were friendly and pleasant when I'm sure they wanted to be home. By the way, there was a sale after mine! More

I had an excellent experience with the MINI dealership in Baltimore, specifically with Andy Evans. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very (very!) patient with my decision-making. At no point was he pushy Baltimore, specifically with Andy Evans. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very (very!) patient with my decision-making. At no point was he pushy or irritated with the fact that I spent hours at the dealer without committing to buying a car. And even though it was the last day of a big sale that MINI had going on, Andy never pressured me into buying that day. After a test drive, walks around the lot (twice), searching the databases (more than twice), sending photos to family/friends, and making phone calls, I finally purchased my gorgeous MINI and couldn't be happier! I also returned to the dealer a week later to have an option installed that I had purchased; they had me in the door, car washed, option installed and out the door in less than 45 minutes. While I waited, I felt like I was in a luxury car dealer; there was food, wifi, tv, staff to ask if I needed anything....Wow! did I mention I love my MINI? More
We're looking for a mini cooper and went there for a test drive, the sales person Jeremy told us that their dealership is the second largest in the WORLD, indeed there's a huge lot of minis but he WAS NOT be drive, the sales person Jeremy told us that their dealership is the second largest in the WORLD, indeed there's a huge lot of minis but he WAS NOT be able to find me a single mini with automatic transmission for test drive, what a shame. He told us there were 2 auto in the inventory, but those were just arrived and not yet in their computer system and couldn't be taken out, finally, he seems to have another "potential coming back customer" and just gave us his card and leave us alone on the lot, he didn't even ask for our names and what we're looking for, what an awful dealership experience. More

When a part I needed didn't come in when expected, she was diligent in keeping me updated on the status of my repair and when I could get my car. More
Called service department and explained that I had a fluid leak - Claudia answered and suggested that I have the car towed in to be safe (for free). I did not feel that was necessary and did not have time to wait for the tow so I headed in. When I arrived I explained to Claudia that I had about 30 minutes before I needed to leave for an appointment and would prefer to wait to see if it was something simple so I would not have to return a loaner later in the day. After 25 minutes Claudia came to me and said she was sorry but they still could not find the leak and they would need to put me in a loaner. She had me out the door in 5 minutes and I was on to my appointment. I was very impressed that I did not have to remind her of my time constraint. In additionn to repairing the leak they also added a dye to my oil and advised a follow up visit so they could easily check to insure the problem was solved. As a final note, I also inquired about intalling a special accessory. After checking, Claudia said they did not have it but if I could obtain one on my own they would install it in about 30 minutes. I thought that was very fair and plan to have the part installed soon! More
