I had an amazing experience with Mini of Baltimore. I knew I wanted a Mini, but i had never bought a car before and was nervous about the process. Jeff Testerman made the experience exceptional. He discussed with me what I was looking for and helped me select the right options. I had to work through my finances over the weekend and Jeff was very understanding of the fact that I could not purchase on the spot. By Monday Jeff and I were able to get my finances in order and a great price in place. I did experience some change of heart in terms of color selection and the Mini of Baltimore website was awesome for seeing if they had what I wanted. They did and Jeff verified it for me “I just went out and put my hands on it”. His great attitude and low pressure approach will have me buying my Minis here for life. I even think my sister will be a convert after her experience at the dealership when we picked it up. I truly am a Mini lover for life. I would recommend this dealership and this is WHY -- I I would recommend this dealership and this is WHY -- I had an excellent experience at Mini of Baltimore -- starting with my sales representative, Jef I would recommend this dealership and this is WHY -- I had an excellent experience at Mini of Baltimore -- starting with my sales representative, Jeff Testerman...I came into the dealership confused about which model I wanted to buy...Jeff -- who had been very responsive to my emails before I came into the dealership -- took me on three separate test drives -- patiently sitting there while I relearned how to use a manual transmission...we then talked about what I liked about each model -- and finally said, "Bill, you seemed most comfortable driving the all4 countryman." I responded "SOLD". And since that time I have loved every minute in my car. I was also impressed with Ray-- the sales manager who calmly identified with my frustrations and walked me through the process of selection" although he could not discount the car I wanted (a brand new model) he did offer a generous trade-in allowance for my ten year old Taurus...Finally. Charlie in the financial office was friendly (rare to meet a friendly financial person) -- who found me an excellent financing rate -- I was so pleased I even both one of the dealer options (I never do this) -- All in all, I enjoyed the process, the people and, of course, the car...WELL DONE. I returned on Wednesday to test drive a car I was interested in. I also had a chance to deal with Sales Manager Mr.Ray Shefska who was helpful and friendly. I am purchasing my "Mini" on Monday -- and everyone at this dealership were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She was well informed about the quirks that makes a Mini an experience and not just another car and conveyed that information in a fun and exciting way. She has been helpful and has followed up in ways that I would not have normally expected from a salesperson, rather offering advise and experience.
