At NO TIME did he pressure me nor did he ever attempt to show me more vehicle than I was looking for. Well, knowing me as I do, I decided to look on my own and I asked Jeremy to point me in the right direction. Of course, he was there with me to answer any and all questions, but he DID NOT BOTHER ME. I finally found what I was looking for and the vehicle sold itself. He was a very professional salesman and a splendid gentleman. Alison Cohen was the very nice lady that assisted me in the final financing process. Alison was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and quite professional. Finally Mr. Michael Coleman. Well, after I left the dealeship, I discovered that I left a few CDs in the car that I traded-in, so I turned around and went back. Jeremy had left for the day but right away, a gentleman approached me and after telling him what happend, offered assistance. He located the key to my trade-in walked outside with me in the cold, without a jacket on, and located the car. I retrieved the CDs from the car and Mr. Coleman invited me to his office. He told me that if I ever needed help to contact him. He gave me his business card and a pack of gum. I was hoping that my breath didn't stink, (smile) but either way THAT WAS VERY NICE OF HIM!!! I didn't know until after I looked at his card that he was the General Manager...Splendid, Personable Gentleman. More

Purchased my 2010 Clubman from Mini of Baltimore County in January 2011. Dave was a very friendly salesman, and somewhat knowledgeable (he was fairly new to selling Mini's). This was my very first Mini, an in January 2011. Dave was a very friendly salesman, and somewhat knowledgeable (he was fairly new to selling Mini's). This was my very first Mini, and I got a very good deal on my fairly loaded Clubman which has the New car warranty. Today I had to bring her in for a brake issue, I was greeted by Allen, who checked my Mini in and explained the whole process to me. After about an hour he came to tell me she was nearly finished, she would be washed and I could go. They replaced two rotors, under the warranty terms. While I waited, I chatted with my salesman, Dave, and the very friendly cashier, Sam. I had a "warm and fuzzy" experience. Beyond getting a nice deal on a car, a dealership is only as good as their service department, and this one is TOP NOTCH. I drive an hour to get there, but feel it is totally worth the trip. Their customer lounge is very pleasant and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. During my sale, Michael, the GM, was very informative, and Allison in financial was terrific. I feel this dealership will work very hard to keep their customers happy, and this will go a long way for me!!! More
I wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as I reached the entrance I was greeted by Mr. Ray Shefska who welcomed me and my wife. He introduced us to Mr. Richard Thobe who took us out for a test drive on our entrance I was greeted by Mr. Ray Shefska who welcomed me and my wife. He introduced us to Mr. Richard Thobe who took us out for a test drive on our first drive ever of a Mini Cooper. The test drive itself won me over. I thought the drive was fantastic. After we returned to Richard's office I was ready to buy that particular vehicle but Mr. Thobe worked some numbers for us and got us a deal (better than the one I came in with). The experience of purchasing our Mini Cooper was one of the best I ever had and I highly recommend to anyone to work with Mr. Thobe. He will definitely get you a great deal! And You can't beat that 0.9 financing rate. More
My wife and I live in Front Royal, VA. When I wanted to buy a used MINI, she (not being familiar with the brand) wanted to go to a dealer with a large inventory so she could get warm and fuzzy with the bra buy a used MINI, she (not being familiar with the brand) wanted to go to a dealer with a large inventory so she could get warm and fuzzy with the brand. That dealer is MINI of Baltimore. Now there are closer dealers but MINI of Baltimore is much bigger. I had scoped out a MINI NEXT CPO on line and was looking forward to a good test drive. When we arrived, we were looking over the inventory and we met Dave, our salesman. He located the MINI NEXT I had looked at online and we went for a drive. Dave explained all the features and the MINI karma to my wife while I had a blast driving it. The only glitch was a bad O2 sensor that needed replaced. So, we had to come back the next weekend to pick up our MINI. What a joy it is to find a dealership that treats you right. The next weekend I drove our MINI Cooper S home. AND THAT'S WHERE THE REAL STORY STARTS. On my way home I noticed the front speakers were not working. I called Dave on Mondat and he assured me it would be no problen getting the speakers repaired, the car was after all under warranty. So I drove my little MINI to MINI of Sterling, my closest MINI dealer. I had a 7:15 AM appointment and they took me right in. But after about an hour and a half, the tech. came out and explained that the original owner must have replaced the factory front speakers with aftermarket ones. These would not be covered under warranty. He suggested I call MINI of Baltimore and see what they could do for me. I called and asked for the service manager and explained my problem to him. He told me he would get back to me in a few minuets. When my phone rang back, it was Michael Coleman, the General Manager. The first words out of his mouth were "We are going to take care of this for you. Don't worry." Michael tried to work with MINI of Sterling, but Sterling could not come to terms. So, Michael told me to pick up my MINI from Sterling and he would have a loaner MINI brought to my place of employ in Culpeper, VA. the next day. Yup, that's right. Dave brought a MINI loaner down to my work on Tuesday and drove my MINI (which was NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER) to Baltimore. Now MINI of Sterling "forgot" to put those aftermarket speakers back in my car. So Michael ordered new speakers from MINI and had them installed. Total cost to me? NOTHING! Oh, and they washed my MINI too! So if you want THE BEST DEALER BAR NONE, Go to MINI of Baltimore! I love my MINI, and these guys are the greatest. More

He even kept me up to date with the progress as my car was being built. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming, and the showroom, itself is very impressive. I am also a big fan of the courtesy car wash service they provide to Mini customers. Most importantly, my new Mini Countryman All4 is absolutely AMAZING! I don't think I will drive anything else but a Mini. More

He provided us information on the MINI, the company, the dealership and spent all the time we needed to answer our questions(and there were many)and help us select the best car for us. We went in looking for an 2 or 3 year old model but he showed us a 6 month old 2010 which was better than what we originally looking for. Our experece with Charlie Colhouer in financing was great. All in all our total experience from 'looking' thru 'driving away' was great. One of the best experiences we've had in buying a car at any dealer. More
Felt like I was buying a rug in Maracco, they wanted to go back and forth so much, then made to feel guilty about what a "great deal" they gave me.
