Our salesman, Tony Roles was terrific; very patient with a first time buyer! The selection of available Mini's was vast at Mini of Baltimore County. We would HIGHLY recommend Tony and this dealership to anyone in the Baltimore/Washington/Virginia area. More

Tony was, without question, one of the most attentive, responsive and empathetic salespeople I have ever worked with – not just in automotive sales, but in any purchasing situation. From the first test drive and inquiry I made on June 18th through the delivery of my gorgeous MINI Cooper S Clubman today, Tony ensured that I was taken care of, my questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and the information I’d been given (and had looked up online) gave the complete picture of what my MINI experience would be. In my 31 years of driving, this was the first “custom order” vehicle that I’d purchased – and though told it may be 8 to 12 weeks, it was basically 7 weeks between order and delivery. Alison did a terrific job working with me through the ordering process – and then it was Tony who very personally and professionally handled all of my “is it here yet?” inquiries and handled the peppering of questions I sent to him with the utmost of concern to ensure my experience was a good one. I certainly hope that Tony is recognized for the amazing job he does with customers (the trophies on his desk suggest just that – but I know that “resting on your laurels” can degrade service levels). He treated my mother like a queen on our first test drive – and was just fantastic with each subsequent interaction I had with him (either in person or “virtual”). I do plan on having my Clubman for a VERY LONG time – but will absolutely sing the praises of MINI of Baltimore to anyone who will listen! Thank you for making what can be an intimidating process one that is truly delightful. That is rare these days --- and as a professional in the Customer Service industry, I know how valuable that can be. More
Dealership made a real effort to give me the kind of deal I was looking for. I was very pleased with my experience and would return when I am ready to buy my convertible. I was looking for. I was very pleased with my experience and would return when I am ready to buy my convertible. More

I was car shopping but did not anticipate purchasing a MINI. We truly just stopped in for fun. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were given patient, respectful service that was focused on MINI. We truly just stopped in for fun. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were given patient, respectful service that was focused on understanding the advantages of the MINI over a hard sales pitch. We test drove multiple cars so I knew what model best suited my needs and even walked away the day I drove the car. After sitting on it for 24 hours, I knew a MINI was for me! We went back to the dealership, met with the same individual who gave us the test drive and the staff stayed late to complete my paperwork. Everyone was courteous before the sale, during the sale, and multiple times after- including when I was in an accident shortly after the purchase. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a relaxed but informative experience to purchasing your next car. More
I was very pleased the service mgr took the extra step of calling MINI to see if they would replace the transmission even though out of warranty. It saved me $5,000. Plus, they were able to get me a loaner calling MINI to see if they would replace the transmission even though out of warranty. It saved me $5,000. Plus, they were able to get me a loaner car which saved me from having to get someone to take me back down which is an hour drive each way. More
Imagine a consumer attempting to renegotiate a contract after it has been signed! Mini did this twice! No integrity!! Jeremy Davidson, sales person, after I signed the New Car Contract, said the wheel after it has been signed! Mini did this twice! No integrity!! Jeremy Davidson, sales person, after I signed the New Car Contract, said the wheel locks on the car were not on the invoice and said I could give up my floor mats or pay for the wheel locks. Even though, according to Maryland law, I was the owner of the car since the contract was signed, I gave in. Two days after the purchase, Charlie Couhler, Finance, wrote and said he had "good news" about my Mini. Mini wanted me to renegotiate the contract again!!!!!! They wanted me to pretend they had informed me that the "New" car I bought with a "New Vehicle" contract, with 37 miles on it was a Demo car. They wanted me to sign a form waiving some of the New Car Warranty. Marc Cohen, VP, and Mike Coleman, Gen Mgr, made several email and phone attempts trying to bribe me into signing the Demo Acknowlegement for offering me the floor mats that were on my invoice!!!! Thanks to Carol Pantua, Exec. Customer Service Manager of Mini USA who verified that the terms of the contract will remain as signed and Mini of Baltimore ceased contact. This finally ended the dealers's attempts to renegotiate the contract after the purchase. More
I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Suki Reynolds was a fantastic salesperson and she really knows the cars. The finance guy (I'm bad with by far the best experience I have ever had. Suki Reynolds was a fantastic salesperson and she really knows the cars. The finance guy (I'm bad with names, and I can't remember his) was fast and pleasant and he did all of the work! In the past, I've had to fill out long loan applications and go to my lender to secure the funds. This time, he did everything. I filled out a few papers and signed my name a lot, but he made the whole process go very smoothly. This is the most people friendly dealership I have ever been associated with. They have a fantastic product, and the staff is well above average. I'm sure my next car will be a MINI from Balto. Co. Mini. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. More
On April 30, 2011, while visiting Mini of Baltimore, I fell in love with Mini Cooper Convertible stock #M5175. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, sat down to sign all paperwork and Jeremy Davidson said ha fell in love with Mini Cooper Convertible stock #M5175. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, sat down to sign all paperwork and Jeremy Davidson said hang on I need to talk to my manager. All of a sudden the price went up $3000 because of wheels that were on the vehicle that were not included on the sticker, then the price was $2500. The slimy manager, came out to see me and basically said “Take it or leave it”. I left, but I asked Jeremy to see what could be done about replacing the wheels with the inexpensive 17” infinite wheels I saw when building a mini online. He never called, then a week went by and I called and he said he would call back, more time elapsed and no call. On May 27, a friend of mine called Jeremy told him I still wanted the car, but was very disappointed at they way I was treated, Jeremy said he had a new manager and said the new manager Jay Collins would call me directly. Jay and I agreed to a price and I asked him to call me back with what the payment would be. He wanted me to make the trip from Carlisle PA to Baltimore MD that day, I said I was on my way to Atlantic City NJ and that I would come in on Monday and pick up the car. Jay never called me back, Jeremy called me hours later and gave me a different price. Then he agreed to the price Jay quoted me. I told him I would be in on Monday, I was going down to Washington for the Phillies game and I wanted to get the car then, if it was ready. On Memorial Day, I was on the way to the game and Jeremy called me and said the higher ups put the nix on the deal. I told him to forget it. The car is still for sale, it has been sitting on the lot thru hail storms and inclement weather and this whole ridiculous scenario. The warranty has been in effect for several months, but they were going to extend it, something doesn’t seem to be right here. This dealership is the worst. I still want a mini cooper convertible, I am going to use Ottosmini in West Chester, PA, with Michelle Dewey. I am willing to wait until the factory in Japan is up and running to get the automatic transmission, rather than dealing with Mini of Baltimore. I will get all the options I want, at less expense, and not have to be jerked around. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. DON’T USE THIS DEALER!!! I wish someone would have warned me. This will be posted any and everywhere I can post on the internet. You deserve it!!! More
