My sister and her husband, who live in Connecticut, drove to Maryland for the weekend (Jan 11th & 12th) to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. On their way back home on Sunday, they encountered issues with to Maryland for the weekend (Jan 11th & 12th) to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. On their way back home on Sunday, they encountered issues with their Mini and arranged to drop it off at MINI of Towson, located at 720 Kenilworth Drive, Towson, MD 21204. They continued their journey home in a rental car. During the week, they worked with Justin at MINI of Towson and were highly impressed with the outstanding service he provided. By Thursday (Jan 16th) the Mini was ready for pickup. My wife and I offered to retrieve the car, but due to traffic, we realized we wouldn’t arrive until 15 minutes after the dealership's closing time. We called MINI of Towson and spoke with Justin, who assured us he would stay late to ensure we could collect the car. When we arrived, Justin greeted us with professionalism and warmth. His willingness to go above and beyond, combined with his friendly and professional demeanor, truly exemplifies exceptional customer service.
