He had two times mistyped my name on the system to try find my schedule information. I have to back to dealer two times, because he said can’t find my schedule on the record which is he mis- spelling my n find my schedule information. I have to back to dealer two times, because he said can’t find my schedule on the record which is he mis- spelling my name, I should not have to drive to dealer to get the job done for two times because he can’t find my scheduled information by he mis - type my name. I ask for search, and show him that I received a message from mini said that my appointment was scheduled. Then he looks again and didn’t say sorry that he why couldn’t find my information was his fault. More
