Unfortunate delays I’ve always had good experiences with Mini service. This time however, there were a few glitches along the way. To start they had no Mini brand loaner I’ve always had good experiences with Mini service. This time however, there were a few glitches along the way. To start they had no Mini brand loaner, no biggie, they still provided me with a loaner from Enterprise, albeit a mini van the size of the Titatnic, lol! they lost the work orders for my car, so this put the repairs a day behind. I needed a new passenger headlight due to a deer altercation, and they mistakenly ordered the the wrong one. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the week and Mini service apologized profusely, but just not the usual experience I have come to expect over the years from Mini. More

Very happy with my recent service I am the proud owner of a 2012 MINI Goodwood Edition. This car is very special to me and is not my daily driver...It never sees rain. When I received an alert from Mini of Ramsey that I needed an annual service, I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Patti. Ryan made the scheduling process very easy. I was very surprised at how quickly the service was done. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was very pleased with the great care Ryan Patti took of my Mini Goodwood. He had protected the Rolls Royce leather seats with plastic covers and used paper to cover the carpets. The exterior looked spotless. I will definitely use Mini of Ramsey again, and I also will request Ryan Patti as my service adviser. Very happy with everything! More
