The work is good but beware The work they do here is good but every time I have gone in for a routine service they have found some other issue with the car. I expect to pay more for service at the dealership, that is understood. This last time they recommended a tire rotation which I had just had done only 3 months earlier. The service is good, the work is good, the team is a pleasure to deal with but they will try and up-sell you work. I know, they are in the business to make money but bringing the car in when it says you need an oil change will end up being much more than that. More

Only Half of the Services I Requested Were Completed I made an appointment for an oil change, an estimate for a scratch on my passenger-side door and a car wash. The oil change was done however I returne I made an appointment for an oil change, an estimate for a scratch on my passenger-side door and a car wash. The oil change was done however I returned hours later to find out the dealership does not handle body work so I would have to contact a local body shop. That was the primary reason for my visit and after being reassured it could be taken care of on-site, it was not. Also my car was cleaned but there were water marks all over the car. I understand it is a complimentary service but I was not happy with the outcome. Normally I have exceptional experiences at this dealership however this time made me rethink if I should return. More
Not perfect but close. I set up an appointment about a week ahead of time. I also requested a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed that due to a change of ownership, no I set up an appointment about a week ahead of time. I also requested a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed that due to a change of ownership, no loaners were available. Joe and Jeff were understanding that I had traveled an hour and a half to their dealership. Instead of a Mini loaner, they rented me a car from Enterprise. I was glad I didn't need to reschedule my appointment and appreciate their initiative. I also the many updates I received from my service advisor, Joe Frasco. More
