Faster than Fast!! I stopped by the dealership on a last minute whim to check and see when my 2018 MINI Clubman might require service and the technician, Joe Frasco, adv I stopped by the dealership on a last minute whim to check and see when my 2018 MINI Clubman might require service and the technician, Joe Frasco, advised me that "yes, it is ready for service" and before I could ask for a future appointment date he asked, if I had time, they could do it right then. I agreed. After walking around the showroom and checking out all the new MINI's on display, I was just settling in with a cup of coffee and a donut when Joe Frasco came over and told me that my Clubman was done and the keys are in the car and I could be on my way. What a pleasure to have been expecting a much longer wait that what actually happened. That's why I say the service was "Faster Than Fast!!" More
