Ignition coil Staff is friendly... however, being back for the same issue (3 times) is very frustrating. I feel that a 2 year old car (w/16000 miles) shouldn’t have Staff is friendly... however, being back for the same issue (3 times) is very frustrating. Great service friendly attitude I was told that the service call may be longer than I initially hoped. The service manager overheard that I had wanted to go grocery shopping. He soug I was told that the service call may be longer than I initially hoped. The service manager overheard that I had wanted to go grocery shopping. He sought me out and provided me with a ride to a nearby grocery where I was able to do my shopping and he called when service was over. The same individual picked me up. I did not feel like time stood still as I waited. He was thoughtful, helpful and I fully appreciated his actions. More
