Joseph Frasco cares about his customers. I had many questions to ask Joe and he was there to answer them. I brought my Car in to have repairs and he took over. He took care of the car being I had many questions to ask Joe and he was there to answer them. I brought my Car in to have repairs and he took over. He took care of the car being sent to the body shop. I was given a ride to get the loaner car and then when i returned the loaner Joe was there again to help by getting someone for me to follow so I could return the car and then get a ride back to Mini. I was unhappy with what was done at the repair center. The person that worked on my car did an excellent job with repairs but he was inside my car and changed everything and that upset me. Joe came out and fixed the interior of my car the way I wanted it. I am thinking of writing a note to the repair people and telling them they should not go into the car and change the settings. Thank goodness for Joe he was there to put My car back the way it came. He made sure that the car was washed when I can to pick it up. No matter the questions I had for him he was happy to answer them. He is definitely a keeper. Any time I need something to be done I will look for Joe. Thanks for having him on your staff. More

Latest Mini service, new tires and alignment I took my mini to Prestige for the first non-new car work since I bought the call a little ver two years ago. I needed new tires and an alignment. I I took my mini to Prestige for the first non-new car work since I bought the call a little ver two years ago. I needed new tires and an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised by the concern the mini service person, Ryan Patti, had for the cost of the work being done. Soon after arriving and looking over the work he came to me to let me know the all season tires I wanted to put on were slightly more money than the snow tires I had originally asked for. He wanted to check to make sure that was okay. I said it was. I waited for my car too. Ryan had estimated it would take two hours and it came out of the back newly washed, with new tires and aligned in just under two hours. When I check out he also told me about a mini tire rebate that would get $70 on the purchase. All in all this was a great experience. I really want to know how much things will cost before they are done and for this work, Ryan did a great job. More
