Invitational free maintenance service event I gave four stars only because my questions have yet to be answered by Mini concerning my car. I was promised a follow up In person, via text and ove I gave four stars only because my questions have yet to be answered by Mini concerning my car. I was promised a follow up In person, via text and over the phone in a survey with a woman.... They did find my car was in need of a repair which I opted to get done. They did a great job. Thank you. When I dropped off the loaned vehicle I was left standing with my son in the front with no service Attendee and no employees to assist and retrieve my car. After some time standing around a nice man approached us named Chris who helped pull the car around front. All in all it is a nice place to deal with, I just had some communication hiccups in the end. Granted it was a busy event. More
