This was the first time using Mini of Ramsey the service was top notch, from the minute I walked in the door Ryan took great care of me and my car. To find out why engine light went on My Engine light, on my MINI Countryman came on while driving. I immediately pulled over and called the MINI dealership and spoke with, Ryan Patti. Good service experience - Ryan Patti Took my car in without an appointment because a check engine light came on. When I went to pick up the car he even arranged for someone to pick me up from the train station. That to us is service above and beyond.
