expensive and got back a dirty car I brought the car in for a service and was advised it also needed brakes, etc. Due to the shortage from Covid-19, the car took an extra day to get fi I brought the car in for a service and was advised it also needed brakes, etc. Due to the shortage from Covid-19, the car took an extra day to get fixed. When I picked it up though, it had soot in the back and hadn't even been wiped out or vacuumed. Not that it was perfectly clean when I dropped it off, but was surprised that no attempt to clean it was done. I was told that there was only one person over at the BMW dealership that was cleaning the cars. I guess mine was not important even though it was there for 2 days. My husband had just brought his BMW in the previous week and I commented on how nice and clean it was delivered back and smelling great too. I was obviously disappointed when my Mini didn't get the same treatment even after paying over $2,000 More

Worth The Wait Visiting Mini of Ramsay is always a fun experience. I was there recently because of a nail in my tire. The service person Ysrael Sanchez took care of Visiting Mini of Ramsay is always a fun experience. I was there recently because of a nail in my tire. The service person Ysrael Sanchez took care of me right away and made the necessary calls to get the tire covered under my Tire Warranty. In the meantime, I waited in the little cafe and had a few lattes while Ysrael kept me informed about the progress of my tire and then I made my way around the showroom filled with great looking Minis. Ysrael finally informed me he got the tire covered for free and the car washed and I was good to go. All I can say is thank you Ysrael and the Service Dept. Well worth the wait! More
