A well known cynic, I approach my need to visit dealership service departments with a grain of salt. My experience at MINI of Ramsey allayed my fears and trepidation, for Mark, Ysrael and Hassan ma dealership service departments with a grain of salt. My experience at MINI of Ramsey allayed my fears and trepidation, for Mark, Ysrael and Hassan made my 48 mile drive well worth it. They all are so very knowledgeable and personable, and easily explained things which needed explaining. They did an awesome job, and I couldn’t be more pleased! We have been using this dealership for 14 years and have purchased 7 cars from them. Spiro has been our go to sales guy and Mark our go to service guy.
