Second time was a charm. Problems that weren’t resolved the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic that my care does not have a particular feature (it does). Also, video inspection gave a perfect view of a white pick up truck & a very slight view of the side back panel of my car. Whoever took the video wasn’t paying attention. Waste of time sending it to me! Mr Sanchez & Mr Patti deserve 5 stars for customer service. More
