Service took over 3 hours, and it was a lot longer than expected to change tires. otherwise agent and quality of service was good. I stopped by to make an appt at ramsey mini cooper at around 5pm friday for a 10k service. They asked if i would wait an hour because they would do it in an hour. At 1-2 hour i was told it was done. The around 5pm friday for a 10k service. They asked if i would wait an hour because they would do it in an hour. At 1-2 hour i was told it was done. They changed the oil and all filetwrs and washed the inside and out. Perfect job, in half the time they quoted!!! I couldnt be happier with them. More
