Dan did his best to help me with a major transmission problem. He tried very hard to see if the service area could fix other issues but to no avail. Ultimately the cost of replacing the transmission was problem. He tried very hard to see if the service area could fix other issues but to no avail. The service was great. The dealership actually took the time to listen to me and to find the actual problem as opposed to just opting for the first diagnosis. This made a tremendous difference as the actua time to listen to me and to find the actual problem as opposed to just opting for the first diagnosis. This made a tremendous difference as the actual problem would still have been there if they did the repairs the first diagnosis indicated. Most mechanics do not do that they simply start performing repairs until the problem is solved which can get pretty expensive. But they listened and took into account what I was saying and used that to do a deeper dive into what was wrong and found the real problem. Excellent work and a great experience with them. More
