I have purchased several cars in the past, but at no time have I had a buying experience like the one I encountered at Prestige Mini. From the first phone conversation I had with my Motoring Advisor, Mike P have I had a buying experience like the one I encountered at Prestige Mini. From the first phone conversation I had with my Motoring Advisor, Mike Paff, my first face to face with him in January when I went in for the test drive, until the time I drove off the lot with my 2010 Mini Cooper S, everything went smooth as silk. Mike answered every question that I had, and was always available during the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and even made suggestions that would save me money on equipping the vehicle that I purchased. One thing that I should point out is that I live approximatley 250 miles from this dealership; I was so impressed with the overall professionalism and friendliness that I didn't let this obstacle stop me from buying at Prestige. As with most Mini's, I wanted items added/modified, and Mike arranged everything, mostly by phone. The work done at the dealership was impeccably done, and the car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. All the other Prestige employees that I encountered during my visits to the dealership were courteous, friendly and professional from the gentleman in the Parts Department to the receptionists/cashiers. I would strongly recommend the dealership, and in particular Mike Paff (if you are interested in purchasing a Mini of any configuration). More
Finding ourselves looking for a new vehicle, we naturally went to BMW initially as we were familiar with Prestige's BMW dealership and had very positive experiences with four purchases made there over the l went to BMW initially as we were familiar with Prestige's BMW dealership and had very positive experiences with four purchases made there over the last several years. Our purchases included one new car and three "certified" vehicles. We looked at BMW's but were curious about the Mini. Although,we were new to Mini, Andy Fotos guided us to several cars he felt would offer the best options for our needs and further introduced us to Leonard Danduone. Leonard shared his expertise, was professional and knowledgeable, making our introduction easy and stress-free. It was also reassuring to learn that Marc Lombardo was the Service Manager at Mini as we had worked with him previously at BMW where we always found him to be helpful. We became interested in a "certified" mini on the lot and Leonard suggested we take it overnight to get a better feel for the car and the way it handled. That opportunity and all of the information provided by Leonard and staff, really helped us to make the decision to buy the car. We needed to close the deal and take delivery on very short notice which required a lot of effort and coordination of paperwork by the sales department and the service department to certify the car. Suditi Bala-Chin had to step in as Leonard had a family emergency and she was exceptional. She had a pleasant, friendly, patient, and professional manner at all times and was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer most of the many technical questions we had or find the answers for us quickly. More
Fantastic! Bob and Sprio were knowledgeable, patient (this customer was having a bad day) and very down to earth in their approach to selling us out Mini Clubman. I purchased a Mini yesterday at Prestige and had a wonderful experience. I came in because the store was running a lease special. This was my first car purchase ever. However, the salesperson, Dwight Senior, and the sales manager, Andy Fotos, made the purchase enjoyable and painless! Dwight and Andy were very patient. They listened to my needs and provided me with a very reasonable price. The color of the automatic car that I wanted was unavailable on site but when they checked their logs, they saw that it would arrive within 1 week. Dwight had very good follow up - he informed me when the car arrived, when service was putting on the bonnet stripes and reminded me that I should have my insurance lined up in advance of pickup since the insurance companies would likely be closed on New Year's day (my scheduled pickup date). On the pickup day, Dwight took us through the car thoroughly. We drove off very happy with the car and left with a very positive experience at Prestige. Dwight & Andy rule! More
This is the most friendly and helpful dealership I have ever encountered. From the first time my wife and I entered through their door and met our salesman Spiro who answered all our questions and concern ever encountered. Spiro is a top rate salesman. The extras this dealership provides such as free car wash for life is certainly a plus. It felt like we were part of a big family. As an added bonus, the Mini Prestige dealership hold Mini parties. My wife and I couldn't believe how many Mini's attend these functions. It's a fun car to have and a fun dealership to belong to. Started looking for my MINI over the summer. I went through the internet for a price quote. I wanted to get competitve prices from all three MINI dealers in New Jersey. Lenny calls me up, talks for a minute or two, tells me when I want to buy to come back and he will take care of me. I call him on Dec. 3, remind him of who I am and that he will "take car of me". We agree to a fair price over the phone, give him a deposit, and three weeks later I have my MINI. I have bought five new cars in my life and this was the most stress-free. The other thing I really liked was that Lenny did not try to upsell the aftermarket products. More
To merely say that my experience at Prestige MINI was a pleasant one would be an understatement. The moment one walks through the front door, he or she is greeted by smiles and friendly faces. The showroom is immaculate, the receptionists are warm and welcoming, and the staff is personable, professional, and passionate toward the customer. This combination of sincerity and eagerness to please creates an atmosphere at Prestige MINI which is fun, relaxed, and inviting; an atmosphere which I believe to be not only unrivaled within the industry but, practically extinct. During my time at Prestige MINI, I had the pleasure of dealing with Motoring Advisors, Robert Filenbaum and Spiro Bogris. From the get-go, both Robert and Spiro were not only knowledgeable, but courteous and patient, and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. They were concerned with what I had to say and listened astutely to any concerns or questions I may have had; a quality others pretend to have yet few actually posses. Robert and Spiro exuded a rare level of professionalism, the likes of which I have yet to see anywhere else. Moreover, they continue to demonstrate that same level of professionalism and dedication to their customers as time goes on. They treated me with the utmost respect and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. There were no games or lengthy price negotiations. I was clear and concise with regard to where I wanted to be and in turn, they afforded me the same respect and were honest about the feasibility of my request. My standards are high, and I can say with great confidence that both Robert Filenbaum and Spiro Bogris truly rest in a class all their own. They are gentlemen and I feel privileged to have been able to do business with them. Simply put, dealing with Robert and Spiro rendered my choice to purchase my car at Prestige not only an easy one, but the only one. More
I had a great experience at this dealership. The serviceman was very easy to deal with not only because of his friendliness but his willingness to deal with my recently outdated warrantee. I can not say how impressed I have been with Prestige Mini and their service department. I recently had my car serviced and I was in need of a part not in stock. When the part arrived, not only did I have an appointment automatically set up (and emailed) to me, but there was also a loaner car available for me (set up by Matthew Halliwell of course). Matthew Halliwell's professionalism and enthusiasm help to make the Mini environment a pleasant one to experience; whether it is first thing in the morning or just before he is ready to leave for the evening, he is always there to greet with a smile. I would be remiss if I did't discuss the quality of the work that I received by service technician #205 (John). John recently worked on my vehicle and not only spent the time to ensure that the situation was corrected, but he left me notes on the invoice so that I was able to see what he did. Additionally, he called me on the telephone to ask EXACTLY where I was experiencing my issue. I can not say enough good things about Prestige Mini. For a dealership they are fantastic. From Lauren and Kristy (sp?) greeting, to Jeremy Gold making sure all my part requests are in and shipped properly, to Alan Sheynin always in the building (seriously he's always there) to answer any questions, it is a great dealership. I should point out that I do not like the current attire of the staff. My vote (which doesn't count) is to go back to the Polo shirts; forget the buttondowns! More

He always knows what we are looking for and want in our cars and is able to answer any questions we have with a friendly yet professional knowledge. Yet I feel like I was just talking with my brother the whole time! The entire sales experience is always very pleasant and truthfully as much FUN as driving the mini is! Alan Sheynin the Finance/Business Manager, was more than helpful in the finance of our 6th mini! I left his office feeling like I was Family not just another finance customer. He is very (I don't want to make him blush too much here but…) sweet! A very kind man indeed. What a pleasure it was to finance with him. Great service at Prestige too! Always friendly & efficient. Appointments for service are easy to get and they always are able to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Matt Halliwell is for the most part our main contact person in Service and he is always friendly and courteous to us and especially in answering all my husbands’ questions. Any minor problem we might have with our tire insurance policy he takes care of right away... so we don't have to argue with the insurance company. I am also thankful to all the guys & gals behind the scene for keeping my minis happy & healthy! Customers are a # 1 priority here and you can tell!
