Best experience dealing with a car salesman ever! He really looked out for our best interest especially when someone else just returned from test driving the car we just put a deposit on. My rating was so high based solely on my sales associate Chuck Gabriele. He was completely fantastic in every regard. Chuck was caring, thoughtful, put myself and my daughter immediately at ease, he was warm and funny and we could talk to him easily. He understood what I was going thru and he was a giant enormous help. He wasn't pushy and he made us feel like we were the important ones, not the sale. And he continues to have the same attitude to this day even tho I sadly, could not buy a mini. And that had NOTHING to do with Chuck or the product or the price. I called and explained it all to Chuck. Bravo to all of you and I would recommend a MINI to anyone in a heartbeat!! Chuck, I'm going to win the lottery eventually and then I will be back to buy one REGARDLESS!!! LOL More
