It has always been a hassle free experience, with no pressure or BS. Sales people know that the car sells itself and they focus their attention on putting the person in the right car (features, options). You can wander and check out cars, and when you are ready you can ask to speak to a sales person, there is no one jumping on you as soon as you walk in the door; which I like. They also have some nice couches and wifi for you to chill and consider the options. All I ask for is a painless buy experience, they did their best to make sure I received that experience. More

In the world of customer service, it has often been said that people do business with people they like. There is no doubt in the competitive car market that as consumers, we have many choices. Erin really displayed exceptional service excellence reinforcing my decision to stay with the Mini brand. Her knowledge, compassion, enthusiasm and dedication to making me feel as though I was the most important customer in the showroom made all the difference. The Mini is a great car but Erin really sold the vehicle, reinforced the decision and followed through after the sale with great photos and a warm note. Making a big decision such as purchasing a vehicle particularly in this economy is stressful but being treated very well by a friendly reassuring person makes the process so much better. I’ll be looking for Erin when its time for Mini number 5! More
I went in to Prestige MINI this past Saturday to test drive the Countryman. It was on the top of a list of cars I was interested in purchasing after my lease was up on my 2010 Corolla. I had planned to d drive the Countryman. It was on the top of a list of cars I was interested in purchasing after my lease was up on my 2010 Corolla. I had planned to drive a host of other cars to figure out what I wanted. As it turns out, I walked out of there eager to get my brand new MINI Cooper Countryman which was now being built and that I had to wait 6-8 weeks for. This is only in part due to what a great car the MINI is, and largely due to how great Prestige is. With all of my options in cars and a bit of time left on my lease, I never thought I would get out of there with the car I wanted in the price I wanted. Nick was the main guy helping us and he was friendly, informative, and understanding about price constraints. I didn't feel pushed at all during the course of my visit. I do feel bad for Anthony who I think had to find new levels of patience and generosity to put up with me. I liked being rewarded with great customer service on top of an inviting and fun atmosphere. On the day we went, they were having a costume contest... not for the customers, but for the MINIs themselves. An enjoyable experience all around. Thanks guys! More

I recently traded in my 2006 Mini Cooper (105,000+ miles) for a new Mini Countryman at Prestige Mini in Ramsey, NJ. Erin Hilyer was my sales associate and she worked with me to create my ideal car at the right price. She was very friendly and attentive. "Unwrapping" the new car with my wife and 9-month old daughter was a real treat that we can relive through the pictures on Mini's facebook page. I have spoken with Terry Glattman quite extensively for two to three weeks since I live in South New Jersey and I had two vehicles to trade in for a 2012 Countryman S. One of the vehicles was also a Mini two to three weeks since I live in South New Jersey and I had two vehicles to trade in for a 2012 Countryman S. One of the vehicles was also a Mini Cooper S which I bought from Prestige Mini. Not only was Terry instrumental in guiding me in the building process of the Countryman S but he also was instrumental in pretty much sealing the deal over the phone. All I had to do is basically drive up with the two trade in vehicles, sign the paperwork with Angela Becerra who was a pleasure to work with since she is very efficient and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn't need and ultimately driving away in a brand new 2012 Countryman S. The whole process was pleasant and extremely easy. Not only did I get a new vehicle that I love but I feel that I have also gained a friend in Terry Glattman, a great Mini motoring adviser and an incredible person. More
