Prestige was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anthony was very fair with me on the purchase of my New Mini. He took the time to find me the right vehicle and sales person. I had such an amazing experience with Suditi at Prestige Mini. She took so much time going over all of my options and was so knowledgable about the cars. We had been looking for a very specific Mini for some time and when we finally found it at Prestige Mini, we decided to make the 4 hour trip to check it out. We were able to complete all the paperwork in time and when we finally found it at Prestige Mini, we decided to make the 4 hour trip to check it out. We were able to complete all the paperwork in advance by fax and telephone. So when we did arrive, all we had to do was test drive the car and of course if was just what we wanted. the price was great and car was in excellent condition with low mileage. The sales rep, Erin Hilyer was very friendly and helpful. We were concerned about registering the car out of state but she took care of everything. We drove the car home with temporary plates and just have to wait for the plates to come in the mail. We were very happy overall with the service. More

My wife bought me a satellite radio for christmas. I contacted prestige to see if they could install it. They took the car and first were not sure where it could be appropriately installed. I then met with them and they installed it in an area that was inconvenient for me. I asked to bring it back to have it reinstalled and they welcomed this and had me sit down with the head technician in the service department who sat in the car with me and debated back and forth candidly for 20 minutes to figure out how best to install it. They did the job perfectly and I could not have been more pleased. Rick Torres expertly guided me through the process and was always accessible. More
I would have to say my overall experience was better than expected, except for one small incident. I primarily worked with Bob Filenbaum. I found a car on the web that matched my criteria and upon knowing it was Prestige Mini I had to find the rep who I met back in the fall. He made a great impression on me and I really knew he would work with me to get what I needed. I couldn't find his card so I made the receptionist go through all of the sales names until I recognized his. He gave me some pricing over the phone that got me into the store. We went through all the details of the car, went for a test drive and further negotiated. It was overall a very pleasant and surprising experience. Buying a new car is really one one of those experiences that I do not like. The pricing games and all that. It was straight forward here. The car I purchased was a 2011 executive demo Mini convertible. Bob was just very pleasant to deal with. He makes the buying process a great experience vs a battlefield experience. He makes the process easy and comfortable. He is a man of the utmost integrity. That is why I liked dealing with him. I remembered that from last year. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a new car. Angela was straight forward and really great to deal with. As she was going over the paperwork we had one issue that needed management involvement. That is where Anthony Polisena got involved. Anthony may comment to sugar coat what happened after this but I just have to be honest. We had a problem, not a big problem and he came in like it was the Wild West guns blazing and amped up. I was really taken back and should have told him to stuff the car you know where. I being in sales management, also a fiery guy at times, have learned to let things roll off me. But I cannot believe how a manager comes into a customer who is spending almost $34,000 and talks to them supercharged and accusatory. A problem is an opportunity to further build upon a positive experience. Anthony needs to relax, understand the problem, make the customer feel like they are being heard and then offer solutions to the problem. And if you can't do something, fine, maybe throw the customer a $20 shirt. Something nice to diffuse any negative experience. I was offered a great deal on my next purchase. Really Anthony? I think I got him to relax a little in our discussion but he still had problems understanding my real issue. Now I have to say, that I am really reluctant to write that as it slightly tarnished my overall experience. Again, I thought Bob was just the best. I thought my overall experience was terrific. This is a fantastic dealership and everyone is going to have an issue time to time. I think this is a good learning experience for Anthony to improve on his customer interaction skills. I rated everything at a 5. I put pricing at a 4, because in the end I thought it was an ok deal but not a great deal for a car with 9,000 miles on it. Prestige seems to think that the car is still worth close to MSRP. The destination fee should reduce things by $700. The maintenance contract and warranty reduced by one year. Mileage on the car. If I purchased the car, drove it around the block and then wanted to trade it in, they would offer me $5,000 minimum less than I paid for it. The value would then change quickly. I just wasn't in the haggling mood and said ok, if I overpay $1,000 or so, so be it. The car is great and I hope it turns out to be a great purchase. Thanks again Bob. More
