After reading the many great reviews on here, as well as some MINI message boards, I contacted Erin about a new MINI Hardtop. From the moment I walked into the Prestige Mini showroom to the moment I drove off the lot with my brand new Countryman the experience was just entirely positive. My wife and I worked with Erin Hilyer, who really defies the traditional idea of what a car salesperson is like (and I did have that stereotypical car buying experience at other dealerships and other brands of cars before settling on Prestige Mini). She was super friendly, very genuine, extremely honest and direct, and passionate about Minis (actually has owned something like 7 of them herself!). I had made an appointment to test drive a couple Minis and upon arriving at the dealership the first time she was thoroughly prepared. She had a couple cars to drive, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, took the time to point out all the features, and spent over 2 hours with me! This was before she could really know that I was an active buyer and not just someone looking to for a joy ride. I'm not exaggerating when I say the experience was so positive I was sold on the car, the brand, and the Mini community by the time I left the showroom. After that, it simply became a matter of figuring out which Mini I wanted, and how soon I could get it! In the couple weeks that followed, Erin took my wife and kids on subsequent test drives of the Countryman, spent more and more time with us, and helped us understand and compare the many optional features of the car. She was truly thoughtful in her recommendations, and seemed to care much more about finding us the right car than simply selling us one. In addition to Erin, the rest of the staff is great. The manager takes the time to say hello (and send appropriate follow-up letters offering to answer any questions) and the finance guy was terrific. Got us a great rate (far better than our bank, Chase), was also super knowledgeable, well prepared on the day of purchase, and just a really pleasant guy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and Erin in particular. If you're looking to buy one of these awesome vehicles (and the car really is awesome!), definitely reach out to Erin. It'll completely change the way you *may* think about car dealers and the car buying experience. Just a complete pleasure from start to finish. More

Prestige Mini is an excellent place to buy a car. My salesman was Spiro Bogris. He was knowledgable and patient, he wasn't pushy at all. Spiro is a great person to deal with. Finance department we worked with Franco Marini, he detailed all options available to us and allowed us to select what we felt was appropriate for our needs. Overall a very good experience,no pressure to buy the car that day, smooth transition dropping off car and pickup. We drove about 35 miles to purchase the car, and will definitely recommend Prestige Mini to my friends, family and clients. Great overall experience. Receptionist's were also very pleasant and attentive upon entering the dealership. More

Found three selections online for preowned mini models I liked at very good prices. Excellent help from Bob to test drive, purchase and he even delivered the Mini to my place of work no the Pennsylvania bo liked at very good prices. They were wonderful and I am a very happy owner of a wonderful Mini Counryman. THe only little glitch was that detainling was not performed but the Mini was in wonderful condition nonetheless. More
