Brought my fiancé's car in on 12/19 for service and to have a buzzing noise rectified in the rear of the vehicle. Upon driving the car home I noticed the noise was still present. I brought the car back the next day (12/20), and later that evening, I was told the car was ready. It wasn't until I got all the way to Ramsey that I was told the buzzing noise "couldn't be replicated," and their fix was to just buckle the rear seat belts. Keep in mind that this was after a test drive with the shop foreman where we both heard the noise. Why would you call someone to tell them their car is ready when it clearly wasn't? The noise was immediately heard the second I pulled onto Route 17. After hours of battling traffic and a completely wasted day, the problem still exists. My past experiences with Prestige Lexus and Prestige BMW should have kept me from entering another Prestige dealership, but we wanted to keep the car serviced where it was originally purchased. After the holiday, I'll be going to another Mini dealer to have competent people check this issue out. This dealership is absurd. ***UPDATE*** I took the Mini to another dealership and the issue was resolved with no static or attitude. Prestige really needs to reassess their service advisors. The unfriendly and cold attitude from Rick Torres didn't help matters that the service at this dealership is horrible. More
This was my Families 8th MINI from Prestige... Suditi Bala-Chin went above a beyond to make my husband feel he was getting the best deal on this one. I happen to be very involved with the MINI Community and in fact know 8 MINI Motoring Advisers and 5 are from other dealers yet Prestige has ALWAYS been my Families choice for sales and service. As I always tell people "Prestige is the Best Dealer in the Northeast. They honestly put the customer above all else"! Even though it was my second MINI (we have 5 currently in the family) Suditi showed me all the aspects of my "New" MINI and some of the new options and controls of my Countryman. She set up my phone and showed me how to set up my satellite radio. She even had 2 new rubber ducks for me. She knows I have a flock of them in my MINIs on display on the dash and back shelf. She truly personalized my buying experience and made me feel (as we call ourselves) like a MINI Peep. I have been to many of the Tri State dealerships on MINI Runs or Events and Prestige’s facility is by far the cleanest, you truly have the friendliest employees (some dealerships you feel invisible at if they know you are not making a purchase),not to mention Best Bathrooms ever seen at a dealership. We will always come meet and bring our Motoring Peeps to the dealer even just to hang out with another friend getting service and no one has ever made us ever feel unwelcome. And we have had up to 10 friends at a time come just visit. Thank You Again Prestige More

This dealership went beyond my expectations re: flexibility,friendliness and transparency. Dan Veildhouse was exceptionally accommodating to the point that he allowed for my indecision in color,(re flexibility,friendliness and transparency. Dan Veildhouse was exceptionally accommodating to the point that he allowed for my indecision in color,(reordering the car )and flexibility in timing of pick up. At no point did I feel any pressure and both he and Franco as well as Bernadette made it very clear that the entire dealership would provide continued support and service. Hats off to Prestige!! More
