Wow! Not sure how to put our amazing experience into words. Ruby was such a pleasure to work with and made our purchase absolutely painless and headache free. I've dealt with the typical "highway" dealership in the past and even though this dealer is conveniently located on route 17, having salespeople like Ruby makes it anything but that typical dealership! We stopped in on a busy Saturday just to look at the Paceman S that we had researched to death and wanted to actually sit in and if at all possible drive a six speed model. Rudy found one for us to sit in and take in the new car smell but didn't have a six speed on the lot for us to take for that joy ride! With no pressure she allowed us to wander around and ask as many questions as possible. After we grilled her and she put all our worries to rest she asked our color preference and did a quick search for us. Luck would have it that she found the exact car we had built on line, in our color that was due in to the dealership that day. We gave Ruby a deposit to hold the car so we could come back in a day or two to see it. Ruby made our dream car a reality. Three business days later we drove our new Mini Paceman S to its new home! Oh yeah, the test drive NEVER happened. Ruby had made the experience so easy for us, we never had a doubt about the car and felt that Ruby's detailed descriptions and confidence in her product made us realize we had made the right choice in vehicles and consider everyday a new and exhilarating test drive! A few days ago I stopped into Prestige (Rt 17 S) to "look around" and see the Minis up close and personal. You see, I've been looking at Minis for years and have been told by all of my friends to "do "look around" and see the Minis up close and personal. You see, I've been looking at Minis for years and have been told by all of my friends to "do something about it !!" I really had no intention of doing anything that day ... until I met Ruby King. What a professional, personable, knowledgeable young woman to deal with. We chatted about my wishes, debated leasing vs buying, discussed the merits of a convertible vs all others and finally came to a decision that indeed ...it was time to make a move. Absolutely no pressure was given or felt; it was like talking to a friend. A few hours later we had a deal. I was introduced and received a warm "welcome to the family" from Mr. Richard Nudelman, Sales Manager at Prestige MINI. He to was very professional, as well as knowledgeable of all things MINI. And finally Mr. Jeffrey Stone who, if finances can be fun, was just that!! Well, it's been 24 hours of becoming a proud owner of a Mini Cooper Convertible...and we lived happily ever after ... More

It was a really nice experience. Made an appointment with Ruby which she reconfirmed the day before. I arrived on time and she was there to meet with me and access what is was I was looking for. My usual experience is that sales reps want to put you in a car with all the bells and whistles to get you to spend more, but Ruby listened to what I was looking for -- I actually was interested in getting a used car vs a new one to purchase -- but after giving me an opportunity to explore all the options, I ended up going with a lease on a 2013 Cooper Clubman. Needless to say, I love the car, all its features, and pretty happy with the price point. Thanks Ruby! More

I chose Prestige Mini because of an add for a Mini Cooper Countryman S All 4 I saw on Auto-trader.com. No other reason besides that. My husband and I were greeted immediately by reception and soon were shaking hands with Suditi Bala-Chin. From the start, Suditi was warm and welcoming. She answered all questions with certainty and showed a clear loyalty to the MINI brand. Another fun fact about Suditi is that she really got me going with all of the mini events like the movie night and the different drives around the northeast. Not only was I buying a car, I felt like I was joining an exclusive club listening to her! We test drove the model I had seen online which went amazing. I told Suditi exactly what I was looking for in the car I wanted (which the model I tested didn't have all the desired options) and Suditi listened. I came back to the dealership the next day to put a down-payment on the car. To my pleasant surprise Suditi went above and beyond and found the car I told her I wanted just the day before and had it brought out for me to see. The model was the same but this one was new and had all of the features I wanted. Suditi even got me a better monthly payment by telling us about the mini select financing option. When it came to signing day, Suditi told me everything she needed from me over the phone for insurance, DMV, etc. and everything was taken care of when I got to the dealership. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Everyone at the dealership really did their best to make the whole process not just bearable but actually enjoyable. This definitely wasn't the typical car buying experience. More

I would like to say that if you want to buy a Mini go to Prestige Mini. My wife and I emailed them for a price on the car I wanted. Erin responded with a great price. Erin was going on holiday so when my wife and I wanted to look at the car she recommended Suditi Bala Chin. I have never met anyone who loved a product as much as Suditi. She knows more about Mini's and the Mini life style than anyone else. Suditi was very patient and answered all our questions and made sure we left the dealership with the best experience we could. When it was time to get financed Suditi took us over to Jeff to sign and buy the car. Jeff who is new to Mini but worked for Prestige BMW was very nice and explained the whole deal inside and out. I have purchased many things in my life but this is the first time I have been 100% satisfied with a dealership. The facility is like new a spotless. The environment is young feeling and fun.
