SHE HAD THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT, WHILE WE DESIGNED MY MINI. SHE STAYED AFTER HOURS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, TO FINISH. SHE IS STRONG AND VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES, SHE WAS DERTERMINED, THAT I WOULD GET MY 2ND MINI AT PRESTIGE, BUT NEVER PUSHY, WHICH IS QUITE AN ART TO DO. I WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHINA, AND SHE KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON THE STATUS, OF MY CAR, AND IT'S ARRIVAL. THE NIGHT, I PICKED UP MY CAR, I WAS STUCK IN TRAFFIC 2 HOURS COMING FROM NYC. SUDITI, AGAIN, ALONG WITH BERNADETTE HELPED ME TO TURN MY OLD MINI IN, AND PREPARE ME FOR MY NEW ONE. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN, TO UNVEIL MY CAR, LIKE OPENING A GIANT CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I HAD MADE IT CLEAR, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY FIRST MINI DEALER IN MANHATTAN, NOT SERVICE OR FOLLOW THROUGH, OR LOANER POLICY. THE THINK THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT, WHEN SUDITI EXPLAINED ALL THE DETAILS, IN MY CAR, WHEN SHE EXPLAINED THE SECRET GLOVE COMPARTMENT, I WAS WOWED. I SAID A BRAND NEW FEATURE? I had shopped for a certified pre-owned mini cooper convertible for almost a month before finding the car I wanted at the right price. We had a deal within minutes and the sales associate, Erin Hilyer, was friendly and very helpful, unlike some of the experiences I'd had with other, more local, mini dealers. I made the 100+ mile drive to pick up the car and it was cleaned, detailed and ready when I arrived. Erin Hilyer showed me around my new car and made the whole experience a pleasure. I only wish I lived closer so I could have all of my service and maintenance done at Prestige Mini. This is a top-notch shop with great people working there. Erin ROCKS. More

I just purchased a 2013 Mini from Bob Filenbaum and I couldn't be happier! For me, walking into a car dealership can make me a little anxious because I just expect to be pressured into purchasing a car r couldn't be happier! Thankfully that was not my experience at Prestige Mini. Bob was so great, answered every question I had and even gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him with any other questions. I also worked with Richard Nudelman to finalize the contract. He was also great! He helped me add an extended warranty at the last minute, which was a little more work for him but he certainly didn't make me feel that it was an inconvience, he seemed happy to do so! I would recommend for anyone who steps into Prestige Mini to request Bob Filenbaum. You will go home happy! Thank you Bob and Rich! More
