Also, after having done a great deal of research on the vehicle and its pricing, I was more than happy with the purchase price we settled on. As far as the dealership itself, Prestige Mini has a very nice showroom as well as great services and amenities. The staff that I encountered along the way were friendly and helpful. They responded to my initial inquiry right away, whereas other dealers I had sent requests to were either slow to respond or didn't bother to respond at all. Prestige was also very prompt and thorough in their follow-up communications after the sale. I give Erin and Prestige Mini two big thumbs up. More

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and set up with sales rep, Suditi Bala-Chin within My first Mini experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and set up with sales rep, Suditi Bala-Chin within minutes. Suditi went over what I was looking for and we went for a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the Mini Convertible and knew I needed to get it. I went back later that week to go over the leasing process. Suditi explained every detail as did sales manager Richard Nudelman. I came in the next day to sign final papers and pick up my Mini. Jeffrey Stone helped with the final papers. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. When we were all set with the papers, Suditi sat with me in my new Mini for at least a half hour, showing me all the features, sharing her Mini adventures, and gave me my little duck. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. Thank you Prestige for everything! :) More

Walked in on the fence about buying a new Countryman, after speaking with Ruby, test driving, going through the numbers I was sold and hopped onto the otherside of the proverbial fence. Due to problems from the manufacturer... no fault of Prestige Mini...we were uncertain of how or if we wanted to procced with the purchase of our long awaited, customed ordered Mini convertible. Bob worked very hard to find a solution that would make this work for us, and in doing so, guaranteed our satisfaction and loyalty. Will buy a car from Bob Filenbaum/Prestige Mini again. Anyone looking to purchase a Mini would be hard pressed to find a better salesman than Bob! More
