Hello Nick, We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. And we understand that you have spoken to our Sales manager in hopes to help rectify the situation and your experience. The referral system was something new we had signed up with through an outside company in hopes to give back to our loyal customers. We took your feedback into consideration, and came to understand that there had been some glitches in the system.
