Daniel is great---knowledgeable, efficient, savvy customer service skills, plus a dry sense of humor. NOTE (having nothing to do w/Daniel): after service when I got into my mini found a post-it note customer service skills, plus a dry sense of humor. Got out of the car, opened the back hatch and disappointed to find it had definitely NOT been vacuumed. So guess that post-it note was a reminder for me to take care of the vacuuming?
