no flat FLAT My wife blew out the front left tire on her way to work on 1/2/19. at 6AM in the Montclair Area of NJ. She did drive the car to her work location about 7 miles one the rim. i reached out to Mini Roadside and arranged for the car to be taken to Ramsey Mini. after a variety of issues with the Wappingers Falls, I spoke with Mark and arranged for the tire to be replaced and the Car returned t My Wife's location. additionally, Mark checked into my account and warranties and reveled that I had a 36/3 extended service agreement, which the Wappingers Falls Dealership should have knowned, since I purchased the car their. I mention this because I had to have the front breaks replaced on 12/31/18, with only 15000 miles on the car, and was charged $607.00 for the repair. needless to We will have our Mini serviced with mark from now on.
