A pleasant experience I had a longer than expected day buying my used car but it worked out. I'm not sure how long it typically takes to buy a car the same day as finding i I had a longer than expected day buying my used car but it worked out. I'm not sure how long it typically takes to buy a car the same day as finding it, but 7 hours seemed long. I wish they could have found a way to get the car in the shop to check out the broken heated seat and Max AC since I live 2.5 hours away. I now have to spend another day going to a more local mini dealer to hopefully get it worked out under my CPO warranty and I'm still worried someone else won't do it under the warranty. But I guess they were too busy, but I thought in the 7 hours I was there they could have found a minute to do so. Salesman was nice, not pushy at all, was actually shocked at how laid back he was. They we're helpful in getting me to the bank I needed to get to and helped me drop off my rental car before I left as well. Overall a good experience and found a car that will fit my needs. I have found a few more dings and knicks in plastic inside and out that I hadn't seen on the lot but overall was a nicely kept car. The battery had read low as well, I asked for a replacement but they said it will be fine, I'm hoping I won't be paying for that shortly myself. The only other slight annoyance was they charge for nitro fill in the tires and don't tell you before you're paying for the car. It's supposed to stop the tire inflation alarms but mine are already reading low on the first cold winter day so seems like a bit of a money scheme. More

Just one thing, being buyers from NY State in this NJ dealership we were not familiar with the standard Documentary Fee-$499 on every car sold regardless of the purchase price. One question we should have asked earlier on during our buying decision was: 'what is the out the door Estimate' The Documentary Fee on our purchase was more than 10% Still and all, now knowing this I would return there for another purchase and do recommend this dealership. More
