Dan, who showed me how to work my new Mini Countryman, took a lot of time and had patience with me. I even came back the next day and he sat with me for 20 minutes to answer all my questions. There is always paperwork to fill out and Michelle in the finance office was funny and personable and it made the whole experience easy. 5 Stars!! More
