Refreshing Honesty After leasing my car and doing most of my service from another MINI dealership in New Jersey, MINI Ramsey is such a refreshing experience. They are so After leasing my car and doing most of my service from another MINI dealership in New Jersey, MINI Ramsey is such a refreshing experience. They are so honest, caring and accommodating. I never feel like they're pushing me to do service I don't need (unlike the other dealership I've dealt with). If I could do it all over, I would have leased my MINI from Ramsey and gone out of my way (I live about 40 miles away) to get my car serviced there for the duration of the lease. Unfortunately, my family has outgrown my MINI so I won't be able to lease a new one in December, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about getting a MINI. More

Great Service! Joe and the service department at Mini of Ramsey were great! I brought in my car unsure of what was wrong with it, figuring just spark plug issue. Whe Joe and the service department at Mini of Ramsey were great! I brought in my car unsure of what was wrong with it, figuring just spark plug issue. When Joe realized that it was much more than just a simple spark plug change, he approached with empathy abound and even brought over the mechanic who was working on my car to show some of what was the problem. Finding out the work would take longer than I had planned for, Joe arranged for me to get a loaner for the day. Even though I was not happy about the issues with my car and having to spend more than I had been mentally prepared to pay, my visit was nothing less of great. Thank You. More

routine check Routine engine light check. Updated software. I also ordered a spare tire kit. Although 1 part came in wrong, it was not the fault of anyone at the Routine engine light check. Ryan was very helpful I am completely disappointed with MINI Financial Service Department and their Manager Abraham Khalifeh. They sold me a certified used car with five ye I am completely disappointed with MINI Financial Service Department and their Manager Abraham Khalifeh. They sold me a certified used car with five year old tires that had dry rot and were cracking from the outside. One tire actually just blow apart while I was driving on a busy highway. Once in the Mini Service center, it was observed that all four tires were bad, and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Despite knowing that they sold me a car with damaged tires, they blame it on my miles so I would have to cover the cost. However, I was very thankful to have Ryan assist through the day while my care was getting fixed and trying to help wherever he could. If it were not for Ryan, my bad day would have been much worse.
