Peter and Jan were excellent to work with on the purchase of my new MINI. I have been a mini driver for 6 years now; I love the car and I could not imagine going through the process with a better group of p of my new MINI. I have been a mini driver for 6 years now; I love the car and I could not imagine going through the process with a better group of people. Peter and Jan spent over 2 hours with me going through the best option for me , with my specfic neeeds for monthly payments and the service warranty for the MINI. They made what could have been a stressful situation of trying to work within a certain budget, simple, frienddly and worry free. At the end I got exactly what I wanted in the MINI, for the right option for me. ANd I would not have been able to do that without their patience, knowledge and time. Peter Hisey was the first person I spoke with when I phoned the dealership and it was my conversation with him that made me decide to go in. From that point on, it was the best car-buying experience I'v phoned the dealership and it was my conversation with him that made me decide to go in. From that point on, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I kept expecting to get the hard sell or to have something go wrong. It never did.
