This business works very hard at excelling in service. They have missed the mark with their lack of COVID options, outdoor, dry covered seating, employees not masked and hand sanitizer availability. I wa They have missed the mark with their lack of COVID options, outdoor, dry covered seating, employees not masked and hand sanitizer availability. I walked the showroom and three representatives had their mask only on their mouth- nose showing or not at all and put it on as I walked by their desks. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to mini of portland until it is safe to do so. Every customer and worker passes through this building for checking in, sales, espresso needs or in the waiting room. IT IS ALL THE SAME ROOM WITH HALF PARTITIONS. These employees are being unsafe and I was uncomfortable and appalled by their lack of professionalism and excellence. Both attributes that I have thought Mini of Portland strives to accomplish in the past. Being excellent is hard. It is a multitude of behaviors and actions, and the total non-acknowledgment that we are in a pandemic has tarnished my experience with future business at your business. More
