I would have given you 5 stars like I have done before, but this time there was a serious lack of communication. When I set up the appointment on the phone with Anna we discussed the 3 options, Wait 2 hrs, but this time there was a serious lack of communication. When I set up the appointment on the phone with Anna we discussed the 3 options, Wait 2 hrs, pickup & delivery from home, & drop-off with Uber ride to and from. I opted for the last one with the impression that you would be arranging for the ride like the 3 years before, only to find out when I got there that that service was no longer offered. So I had to download the app and take care of all the sign-in issues to get home. Had I known this, I would have arranged for my wife to go with me with our other vehicle, which would have saved me $12 that I had to spend on Uber. I discussed with Ingrid, but offered nothing plus she was argumentative. More

Brought my mini in for a full diagnostic, just had the thermostat replaced elsewhere yet it was still overheating. They said it was a crack in the water pump, I spent days without my vehicle, paid almost thermostat replaced elsewhere yet it was still overheating. They said it was a crack in the water pump, I spent days without my vehicle, paid almost $900 and drove home to have my car overheated again. In my full diagnostic, it seems they did not actually do a full diagnostic, assumed it was a small crack in the water pump and replaced this. Obviously it was not tested to see if this resolved the issue, because it then overheated again. Took it back and they said, the thermostat needed to be replaced and the cooling system flushed. I believed part of replacing the water pump, a flush was part of this procedure. Apparently not, and it is an additional cost of $189.99. On the first diagnostic report, there was about $2800 worth of things found to be done to my car. (Only 64,000miles on this mini, in good condition). When I came to pick it up after the water pump was replaced, there were several other things added to the original diagnostic quote. Needless to say, I feel ripped off, cheated, lied to and believe they didn’t do their job in the first place of the full diagnostic of the original issue and tried to find an easy way to get money and have me coming back. Very poor service, very poor mechanics and just in it for a dollar. 100% would not recommend. The only thing they did that was decent, was give me a loaner, the second time I had to bring it back. More
