It is really bothersome that you are suggesting that my car has been overheating since 2017. This is not the case. I brought my MINI to MINI of Portland for a full, honest diagnostic and that did not happen. Your technician cut corners and did not do a full diagnostic, the thermostat was not tested. A pressure test was not done, the fluids were not examined. These are facts. If you actually want to be a reputable company, take care of your customers, do not leave it up to me to reach out to rectify the situation. You can be of assistance. Maybe refund my diagnostic payment, at the very least. Have your technicians do what they say they do instead of assuming a problem and replacing parts in someone’s car, spending money, that, in fact, would not resolve the issue, as the technician knew very well. This is 100% a failure of service and it’s cost me more money than needed, which is a pretty big deal right now, considering the times we are in. Please don’t hesitate, if you choose to reach out and rectify this situation.
