I’ve been going to xxxx for the past 5+ years and have observed how they have continued to upgrade theirs means of communication with the customer. I leased then brought my mini from this dealership because of the service & customer service! Myckaet visit in was awesome! Artemisa got my car going, kept me in the loop with texts(my favorite) & eve because of the service & customer service! Myckaet visit in was awesome! Artemisa got my car going, kept me in the loop with texts(my favorite) & even looked into a service issue with thermostat, that was found to be covered by mini..so greatful she did that. The mechanic is great. Love the 5 mins VID with detail repair. That is really value added to your organization. It gives customer piece of mind. Only thing to complain is you need to manage the schedule, communication, and loaner better. I was not notified the car would be ready by 5.30 PM until I happened to have time to call service advisor and checked at 4.30PM. I was told the car was not ready yet BUT it will by 5.30PM. I was at the office and it would take me 57 mins thru evening traffic. The worst part is I was told by service advisor i must be there by 5.30 or 7am next day otherwise I will be charged for loaner. I rush thru traffic and arrived 5.27PM just to be told the car was doing software update and would be ready in 15 mins (after hour). End up I had to wait 15 mins. You dont do this for the customer... period. You dont ask the customer to return loaner at 7am when you open at 7 am. I gives good rating here just becaise that VID exceed my expectation. If there is no VID, this rating will be 1 star. I own Mercedes and Range Rover. Both dealers allows 24 loaner return period. It is not wise and not convenient to client, without advance notice, to rush thru traffic to return loaner or charge will occur. I have no intension to use loaner. All I want is "conveniece". More
