Loving my new Countryman! After my Clubman was totaled, I went on the search for a replacement car. I had never owned a Mini before I got the Clubman, and I fell in love with i After my Clubman was totaled, I went on the search for a replacement car. I had never owned a Mini before I got the Clubman, and I fell in love with it. I knew I wanted another Mini. So I went to Mini of Nashville and took a look around. I met Shawn Harris that day and told him what I was looking for. Even though I was waiting for my insurance to settle the claim, Shawn always stayed in touch and offered to send me emails with vehicles similar to what I was looking for. On the day my insurance settled, I called Shawn about a Countryman they had. I was able to get a financing approval online, and since I didn't have a vehicle, Shawn drove the Countryman I was buying to my house to pick me up. Driving back to the dealership was my test drive. It was a great experience. I had my new Mini that afternoon, and everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make it a great experience. And now I am loving my Countryman! More

Good service, comfortable waiting area I like the Nashville Mini dealership. I think that my Mini has been well cared for by them. My Mini will celebrate its tenth birthday this spring, and I like the Nashville Mini dealership. I think that my Mini has been well cared for by them. My Mini will celebrate its tenth birthday this spring, and my visits are limited to annual check-ups. The service people are very helpful, explaining things as necessary so I can make the right decisions on optional services. The waiting area is very comfortable. HOWEVER. I have one minor complaint. The very fancy coffee machine had a great variety of coffees, but NO DECAF! It is apparently available to the MINI office, but simply had not been ordered. Why not?!!! A more major complaint is that I hate having to drive to Brentwood for service. One reason I bought a Mini was that the service was near the Green Hills area where I live. I wish some accommodation could be made so that Minis could be serviced at the old location where BMWs are still sold and serviced. More
